At Zauq Perfumes, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with the best fragrance experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy in line with our commitment to excellent customer service.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
• The perfume bottle must have at least 90% of the product remaining.
• Tester Boxes (Sample Sets) are non-refundable, as they are meant for testing purposes.
• A nominal fee of Rs.100 is applicable per return or exchange to prevent misuse of the service.

2. Process for Returns & Exchanges

• To request a return or exchange, contact us on our email or what's app with your order details.
• Once approved, our team will guide you through the process.
• The request may take 5-6 working days to process.
